San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations under the Sous Chef, working with the Chef De Cuisine and Executive Chef at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino. You will help maintain recipe consistency, oversee prep, and ensure quality and presentation for menu items. You will supervise cooks, manage inventory, assist in menu development, and ensure compliance with health and safety codes, with strong emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction in a #J-18808-Ljbffr San Manuel Band of Mission Indians
