Job Description
You will manage the lifecycle of official documents, command instructions, memorandums, and technical publications FRCSW uses in producing products and provide engineering, logistics, and overall depot services to Navy fleet and non-navy customers.
You will serve as a technical authority and a FRCSW's principal representative on all matters concerning access to and the release of Personally Identifiable Information under the Privacy Act Program.
You will provide a variety of management and administrative services designed to ensure compliance with Department of the Navy (DON), and Department of Defense (DOD) requirements.
You will ensure that current information management requirements regarding electronic record keeping, archiving, and other applicable areas are followed.
You will coordinate with FRCSW web team for any updates regarding Forms, Tags, Instructions and key personnel listing.
You will be responsible for assisting in carrying out EEO policies and communicating support of these policies.
You will manage the Official Bulletin Boards for regulatory compliance and make recommendations on appropriateness of material, space utilization, numbers of official bulletin boards, etc.
You will performs other duties as assigned.
