Title: Operations Coordinator - Studio Operations (Contract)

Pay Rate: $40 - $45/hr

Location: Santa Monica, CA (Onsite)

Duration: 3-month assignment

Hours: Full-Time

Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to support studio operations within a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will help coordinate day-to-day activities, events, and scheduling to ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to support both planned initiatives and real-time operational needs, including logistics, events, and studio readiness. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in dynamic environments where priorities may shift quickly.

What You'll Do:
• Manage and maintain the studio operations calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and coordination
• Coordinate studio tours, including scheduling, planning, and on-site execution
• Support travel coordination and logistics for internal teams and partners
• Plan and execute on-site and off-site events and activities
• Assist with day-to-day studio and facility operations to ensure readiness and efficiency
• Maintain internal documentation, meeting notes, and operational records
• Support cross-functional coordination across teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with additional operational tasks and projects as needed

Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience supporting studio, production, or media environments
• Experience coordinating events or managing logistics
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and calendar management systems
• Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional teams
