Distribution Analyst

AbbVie seeks a Senior Distribution Analyst to lead day-to-day outbound operations and customer-facing distribution execution across US distribution centers. The role involves monitoring shipments, resolving operational issues, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and optimizing logistics performance.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day outbound operations across US/PR distribution centers and ensure order fulfillment execution
- Monitor deliveries, investigate delays, and resolve operational blocks and shipment discrepancies
- Investigate customer fulfillment issues and serve as escalation point for order and delivery concerns
- Troubleshoot SAP IDOC failures and coordinate system-to-system transaction accuracy with BTS partners
- Analyze distribution data to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or supply chain
- 5+ years in warehousing, distribution, or supply chain management
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and 3PL platforms
- Advanced data analytics skills to monitor performance and support decisions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
- Knowledge of SAP, S/4, JDA, or similar distribution systems
