Program Manager, Clinical Supply Chain Management

Program Manager overseeing clinical supply chain strategy for early-phase pharmaceutical compounds at AbbVie. Responsible for ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of clinical supplies to support uninterrupted trial conduct and regulatory filing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement global clinical supply strategy for early-phase compounds
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of clinical supplies with no study delays
• Manage external budgets for comparators, co-medications, and importation costs
• Represent clinical supply chain on Integrated Evidence Strategy Teams
• Matrix manage Clinical Supply Project Managers and allocate bulk drug product

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy or Science
• 5-7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
• Demonstrated understanding of drug development processes
• Project management, planning, forecasting, and budgeting experience
• Strong interpersonal, team, and leadership skills
• Sound knowledge of GxP regulations
