The Role & Responsibilities We are looking for someone with 6+ years of professional experience who is ready to take ownership of their work. You will be: Collaborating on diverse project typologies, including custom single-family residential, commercial, and hospitality work. Self-managing projects through all phases, from initial design through documentation and construction. Producing high-quality digital drafting, modeling, and visualizations. Coordinating with consultants, researching products, and developing design details. Navigating zoning codes and managing the permitting process. What You Bring A professional architectural degree. 6+ years of well-rounded professional architectural experience. Proficiency in Sketchup, AutoCAD, and Revit (Required). Experience in completing every phase of residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Strong knowledge of zoning, codes, and permitting. Responsible for specific technical design aspects of projects including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions.
