AquaPhoenix Scientific, located in Hanover, PA has an immediate opening for an experienced, organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR is responsible for exceeding customer expectations by handling inquiries, processing orders and meeting deadlines in a courteous, efficient and timely manner. The CSR communicates regularly with both internal and external customers and is expected to be professional and respectful at all times. E

ESPONSIBILITIES Provide customers with quotes on catalog items, product/service availability, lead times, and/or tracking using the company pricing systems and policies Handle customer inquiries, orders, concerns, etc. in a way that leaves the customer with a feeling of satisfactory resolution, involving management when necessary Demonstrate strong product and service knowledge Strong verbal and written communications skills are necessary as well as accuracy in entering customer orders and verifying the data is entered correctly Stay current with new and existing product development Capable of working independently within a team environment Represent the company in a way that projects an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding Must be available to work a set flex schedule between the hours of Monday - Friday; 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. No weekends or holidays M

UALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED required Customer Service experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office products Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Displays enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work Effective time management and organizational skills Demonstrates a sense of urgency in completing work assignments, and uses a proactive approach in all duties AquaPhoenix Scientific, is an industry leader in water testing kits and reagent manufacturing, as well as a distributor of thousands of testing products and supplies for a multitude of industries including industrial water treatment, cleaning & sanitation, oil & gas, environmental, water conditioning, and education.
