The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and be proficient in EPIC charting. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a 36-bed ICU setting. Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EPIC charting. Adhere to hospital protocols, including safety and emergency procedures. Qualifications Current Illinois nursing license. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. Minimum of 2 years of strong ICU experience. Previous travel experience is preferred. Additional Information Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, with potential weekend and holiday requirements. Floating to other units may be necessary, based on staffing needs. Patient-to-nurse ratio will be 1:2 or 2-3, depending on acuity levels.
