A Day in the Life As an Advanced Account Manager, you’ll drive sales growth, expand market share, and build strong clinical and commercial partnerships across your territory. You’ll represent a key portfolio in Interventional/Vascular and Dialysis Access, including PTA balloons, dialysis catheters, and acute catheters. In this role, you will: Meet and exceed assigned sales quota and objectives Build strong, consultative relationships with interventional radiologists, nephrologists, vascular surgeons, and supply chain teams Travel within assigned territory and maintain active presence at top accounts Ident ify and close new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert accounts De liver effective product presentations, in ‑ services , and clinical demonstrations for PTA balloons, dialysis catheters, and acute catheters Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely communication with regional leadership Col laborate cross ‑ functionally with marketing, customer service, and internal partners to support customer needs At tend required sales meetings, training programs, trade shows, and national/regional events M aintain required hospital credentials (vaccinations, TB tests, flu shots, etc.) Must-Have M inimum 4 years of successful B2B or healthcare sales experience Nice-to-Have Medical device sales experience specifically inOR, Interventional Radiology, Vascular surgery or Nephrology/Dialysis access highly preferred E xcellent communication, organization, andfollow through C ustomer focused,relationship driven, and comfortable influencing across clinical and administrative layers W illingness to travel to support conversionsfor extended periods of time S trong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals E xperience converting competitive accounts U nderstanding of hospital supply chain and distributor networks S trong presentation skills and effective persuasion techniques Why You’ll Love Working With Us Working here is deeply rewarding—we directly support improved outcomes for kidney patients, and we extend that same commitment to our employees. Compensation and Benefits V ariable Compensation: In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for our Sales Incentive Plan, offering substantial rewards for strong performance. Current OTE of ~ $2 2 5 K, with unlimited upside for overachievement.
