Sr. Account Director, Enterprise

The Impact of a Sr. Account Director, Enterprise As a Customer Growth Account Director, you will drive expansion within existing customers, maintaining executive sponsorship, understanding unique business needs, and developing account plans. You’ll collaborate with Customer Value Managers and other teams to identify, pitch, and close cross‑sell opportunities, ensuring Coupa remains a trusted partner and delivers exceptional value. What You’ll Do Collaborate with customers, CVMs, and internal teams to identify cross‑sell opportunities aligned with business objectives. Develop and execute an account development strategy to establish Coupa as the leading Total Spend Management platform. Create an account penetration model to access key stakeholders within the customer organization. Craft value messaging for the chief economic buyer, tailored to their needs and challenges. Partner with CVMs, Value Solutions Consultants, and Customer Support to enhance Coupa’s brand presence. What You Will Bring A strong SaaS sales background with a record of developing existing accounts and driving complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements. Domain knowledge in spend management is a plus. The ability to identify client pains and develop compelling value propositions that deliver business value. Creative thinking to replace existing solutions with Coupa’s spend management portfolio, including Coupa Pay and Coupa Supply Chain. Preferred candidates in Boston or NY, but other locations are acceptable. Coupa complies with all equal‑opportunity laws and offers an inclusive work environment. Location‑Specific Benefits Coupa offers highly competitive benefit packages tailored to the primary work location, covering medical/dental insurance, retirement plans, and life or accident protection.
