HR Lead Manufacturing

• Spanish/English
• Proven experience and advanced skills in HR functions, particularly in a face-to-face support role within a manufacturing environment.
• Lifting, bending, and picking up things up to 25lbs.
• 2 positions
  Rotating 12-hour shift | 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM • Short week: 3 days worked (34.5 hrs) • Long week: 4 days worked (46 hrs, including 6 hrs automatic overtime every other week)

Must answer these 5 Questions: 1.         This role requires being on the floor and actively engaging with people while managing HR responsibilities. How do you balance being visible and approachable with getting your tasks done?

2.         Can you describe a time when you supported a diverse team with limited communication tools or language barriers? How did you ensure every employee felt heard and supported?

3.         What's your approach when an employee complains about feeling treated unfairly but has no concrete evidence?

4.         Tell me about a time when a supervisor didn’t agree with your HR recommendation. How did you handle this situation?

5.         What are your expectations for this role?

salary: $25 - $30 per hour
