Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families with a variety of issues.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that include both joint sessions with couples and individual sessions with each partner.
\n
• Providing interventions and support for families facing challenges such as alcoholism, grief and loss, psychological abuse, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address specific issues such as family conflicts, adjustment to separation and divorce, and blended family dynamics.

• Documenting progress and outcomes in client records while adhering to ethical standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic practice will engage a diverse client population, including couples, families, and individuals across various age ranges, from children to adults. You'll collaborate with clients experiencing a broad spectrum of issues, including addiction, familial disputes, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
