Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional and community events.
• Support event setup, organization, and breakdown activities.
• Help maintain event schedules and ensure activities run smoothly.
• Prepare event materials and displays before each event.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure all event objectives are completed efficiently.
• Assist with inventory and organization of event materials.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
