Testing & QA: Preparing test cases and scenarios for new systems or changes.
Tools & Software: Excel or other spreadsheet tools
Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
SQL or other data querying languages
Project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
