ADMIN ASSISTANT (FULL AND PART TIME)

Job Summary Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs. Location and Schedule Address: Via Christi St. Joseph - 3600 East Harry Street, Wichita, KS 67218. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Full time and part time positions available. Online applications only. Pay Pay Range: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities Answer telephones and direct inquiries. Maintain confidential personnel files. Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including disciplinary notices. Assist with staffing, including finding staff for short notice absences. Maintain relationships with co‑workers, school personnel, administrators, student parents and supervisors. Complete and maintain accurate records of students eligible for free and reduced priced lunches. Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer. Perform daily bank deposit reconciliation. Process vendor invoices for payment; verify amounts and pricing. Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliation. Prepare monthly state claim form for reimbursement. Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports. Attend in‑service and safety meetings as required. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior administrative experience preferred. Ability to maintain confidential records. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with computers and financial record‑keeping. Reliable, detail oriented, and teamwork oriented.
