Document Services Pro — On-Site Copy & Mail Specialist

Ricoh Colombia

Ricoh Colombia is seeking a Senior On‑Site Service Specialist to support on‑site operations, copy machinery, and mail handling at customer locations. You will troubleshoot basic issues, perform setup and scanning tasks, and maintain service records while coordinating with technicians as needed. The role may require travel between customer buildings and occasional overtime.
