Diesel Mechanic

Job Description Engine diagnostics and repair Preventative maintenance Brake and suspension work Transmission diagnosing, removing and rebuilding Electrical troubleshooting, wiring and repairs Hydraulic systems, pumps, cylinders and valves, and hoses Heavy-duty trucks, trailers and equipment Fabricate hoses Proficiency with welding, torches, etc. Roadside emergency Onsite diagnostics and repairs Qualifications Own tools Valid driver’s license, CDL a bonus Ability to work flexible hours, overtime as needed Customer service skills Available as mobile service when needed Capable of managing long active hours in workshop setting Bending, lifting of heavy parts and physical work involved Exposure to outdoors in varying weather conditions Salary Range For compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $28.00 - $38.00.
