Job Description

Perform general hands-on production and assembly duties.
Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
Perform packout duties, including preparing, packaging, labeling, and organizing finished products.
Complete kitting assignments by gathering and organizing required materials and components.
Inspect products and materials for quality, accuracy, and defects.
Count and verify quantities to ensure orders are completed accurately.
Prepare completed products for shipping or movement to the next stage of production.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Follow production procedures, safety requirements, and company policies.
Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
Assist with other production, warehouse, or general labor duties as assigned based on operational needs.
