Admin Intern (Ridgefield Park, NJ)

Administrative Support

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR, Accounting, and other departments as assigned
• Assist with day-to-day office and supply management, including stocking and inventory tracking
• Help manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments
• Provide support with equipment logistics and coordination between teams
• Assist with data entry, filing, document organization, and record-keeping across departments
• Assist with vendor orders and related administrative tasks
• This position may include additional responsibilities assigned by management and duties may shift based on departmental needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting, filtering); able to learn internal systems
• Accurate typing and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with a mix of desk-based work and physical tasks throughout the day, including lifting and carrying packages or supplies (up to 50 lbs), stocking shelves, and moving around the office
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site MondayFriday
• Basic written and verbal English communication
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Pay: $18-$20 per hour
