Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Independent Living Systems (ILS). ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations About the Role: The Marketing Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for conducting marketing campaigns that effectively communicate accurate information to internal and external stakeholders. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to help create compelling marketing collateral and internal communications. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator coordinates marketing events and trade shows, facilitating event tracking and planning while collaborating with internal teams and organizers to ensure seamless execution. Ultimately, the Marketing Coordinator's efforts will drive awareness and growth for our services. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the health care industry. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for various platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing. Familiarity with graphic design software and marketing analytics tools. Implement marketing initiatives to promoteour organization's mission, products, and services to diverse audiences. Coordinate development of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital content. Coordinate and participate in trade shows and community events to showcaseproducts and services. Coordinate internal communications to ensure alignment across various departments regarding marketing initiatives.
