Marketing Event Coordinator

About the Opportunity You’ll support the marketing team with the planning and execution of events, brand activations, and special projects. The ideal candidate is creative, polished, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced luxury environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with planning and executing events, activations, and VIP experiences Coordinate vendors, venues, guest lists, invitations, catering, and event logistics Support event setup, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up Assist with marketing materials, gifting, signage, and promotional items Maintain event calendars, timelines, budgets, and vendor information Support social media, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field 1–2 years of experience; relevant internships are welcomed Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail Professional and comfortable working with vendors, partners, and guests Creative, proactive, and interested in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or experiential marketing Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend events About TalentoHC TalentoHC is a leading human capital solutions firm connecting exceptional talent with organizations where they can grow and make an impact.
