What You'll Do:

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient responses during procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia plans
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia interventions
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols
• Provide post-anesthesia recovery care
• Support staff training and quality assurance initiatives

What You Need:

• Active Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification and Ohio RN license
• 1+ years of anesthesia experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Commitment to high-quality patient care
