What You'll Do

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Monitor vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety
• Document anesthesia procedures accurately and thoroughly
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and assessments
• Follow all safety protocols and institutional policies
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

Required:

• Ohio RN license and valid CRNA certification
• At least 1 year of anesthesia experience
• Strong patient care skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to facility needs

Preferred:

• Experience in a hospital setting
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work occasionally during off-hours if needed
