Product Line Analyst & Project Coordinator

Position SummaryThe Product Line Analyst & Project Coordinator serves as a key business partner to the Vice President of Casegoods and Product Line Managers for Century Casegoods. This position supports product development, product launches, product data management, pricing administration, and business analysis activities while ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Data & Systems ManagementCreate and maintain SKUs for new products, custom options and finishes while ensuring naming conventions, numbering logic and product hierarchies stay consistentManage, audit and update product data in accordance with Product Development website and SAP, including specifications, dimensions, materials, sales status, pricing and availabilityPartner with BIS and engineering to implement accurate product configuration logic for new and existing productsAdministrative OversightCreate and maintain omnibus price lists as well as supplementary price lists each Market season including additions, discontinuations and revisionsImplement and maintain walk-thru data for trade shows as well as market order spreadsheets accounting for all Casegoods and Outdoor items being shownReceive, coordinate and maintain furniture market orders in SAP, ensuring accurate product setup, pricing, specifications, and configurable optionsDevelop product tear sheets and custom source pages, working closely with sales and marketing to ensure accuracy and easy interpretationSupport sales and customer service team by creating and maintaining study guides for newly introduced productsTravel to trade shows twice per year to assist in walk-thru updates, price tag creation and ensure all products are tagged correctlySchedule and manage meetings, training sessions and communications across domestic and international partnersCoordinate closely with domestic engineering teams, procurement teams and manufacturing partners to manage samples, order status and shipping timelinesProduct Lifecycle CoordinationManage product lifecycle activities including product launches, line extensions, product updates and discontinuationsMonitor product changes through the lifecycle, including specification revisions, option additions or removals and pricing updatesMaintain accurate records and documentation related to item maintenanceCross Departmental CommunicationServe as the primary liaison for product-related inquiries from internal teams, exercising judgement to resolve routine questions and escalating complex issues as neededAct as the central point of coordination between Product Development, Engineering, BIS, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Sourcing and Customer Service teamsEscalate and communicate product-related issues, delays, missing components, or system discrepancies to the appropriate teams and drive resolutionEnsure alignment between product development activities, operations and marketing by maintaining open communication across departmentsIdeal Candidate ProfileHighly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skillsA proactive problem-solver who exercises sound judgment and independent decision-makingExcellent communicator who can build and maintain a strong understanding across various divisions, serving as a central point of coordinationComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesDependable, professional and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownershipRequired Education, Experience and SkillsAssociate’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field preferredFive or more years of relevant experience in project coordination, product management support, manufacturing operations, business analysis, product administration, or a related field preferredCandidates with significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal educationPrevious experience in furniture or consumer product industries strongly preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skillsExperience working with SAP or comparable ERP systems highly preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with domestic and international colleagues and vendorsAbility to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and exercise judgement in decision-makingPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting/standing and working at a computerOccasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.; infrequent lifting up to 25 lbs.Occasional travel may be required for trade shows #J-18808-Ljbffr
