Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances.

• Offer individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and developing safety plans.

• Maintain a high standard of documentation by updating client records, treatment plans, and progress notes that comply with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment trajectories, and available community resource networks, advocating for client needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
