The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting Waga Energy's hiring efforts across the United States by managing full-cycle recruitment activities and partnering with managers to attract and hire top talent. Beyond recruiting, this role contributes to employer branding initiatives, talent pipeline development, recruitment process improvement, and global HR projects. Reporting to the US HR Director, this position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting Waga Energy's rapid growth and long-term success. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and relationship-driven professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Primary responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategiesContribute to the development and monitoring of the annual staffing plan (headcount, budget, target salaries)Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all US roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate and manager experience.Source candidates through various channels (ATS, job boards, social media, referrals, networking)Screen applications and conduct pre-qualification interviews (motivation, skills, salary expectations, etc.)Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholdersConduct interviews and provide structured assessments of candidatesLead shortlist discussions and support final selection decisions with hiring managersAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment best practicesTrain and support managers on interview techniques and hiring processesEmployer BrandingRepresent the company at career fairs, networking events, and university engagementsContribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaignsContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experienceContribute to ATS optimization and digital HR tools enhancementAnalyze feedback (candidates, managers, surveys) to enhance recruitment effectivenessStay informed on labor market trends and innovative sourcing practicesSpecial project and HR initiativesEnsure consistency and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulationsSupport talent development initiatives (e.g., internal mobility processes)Assist with the implementation of group level (i.e. all Waga subsidiaries) processes, policies, programs, and tools in coordination with the global HR team.About You - Qualifications & SkillsThe ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist candidate has:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.Proven ability to source, assess, and hire talent across a variety of roles.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment regulations.The ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.An analytical mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics and driving process improvements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.Faced with the urgent need to act to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, the employees of Waga Energy have committed themselves to take meaningful action to contribute to sustainable energy transition and the construction of a more environmentally friendly society.
