Inside Sales Representative

Overview We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to connect customers with the sales team and support the sales process from initial contact through close. You will manage inbound and outbound interactions, schedule appointments, perform follow-ups, and help drive customer satisfaction and results. Responsibilities Partner with the sales team to manage and qualify leads, keeping the pipeline full and flowing. Schedule appointments with precision to optimize routes and timing for success. Coordinate each salesperson's schedule to maximize utilization and keep the pipeline full. Reconnect with potential customers through outbound calls to re‑ignite interest in HVAC services. Follow up after installations to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and build lasting relationships. Serve as the primary contact for customers, answering questions and guiding them through the sales process. Maintain clear communication to ensure customers feel supported every step of the way. Work with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution. Share insights with marketing to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Continually seek ways to improve processes and contribute to a more efficient sales operation. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma required; an associate degree in business or marketing is a plus. 1–3 years of experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in HVAC or a related field. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (ServiceTitan experience is a bonus). Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Physical/Work Environment: Office environment; ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods; regular computer use; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; in-office work requirement five days a week in Brea, CA.
