Director of Corporate Accounting & System Transformation Now recruiting on behalf of an Atlanta-based company undergoing transformation as it is growing (organically and through acquisition) and preparing for a future IPO. We are seeking a Director of Corporate Accounting & Transformation to lead global accounting operations while playing a support role in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. The company offers a competitive compensation/benefits package, excellent leadership team, hybrid flexibility and the opportunity to be in an impactful, meaningful role. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this Director of Corporate Accounting & Transformation will oversee global accounting (General ledger, month end close, reporting) and support ongoing implementation of S4/HANA environment. Key responsibilities include: Manage global accounting operations, close process, and financial reporting Ensure US GAAP compliance, SOX readiness, and IPO preparation Drive automation, process improvements, and financial systems optimization Partner cross-functionally and lead a high-performing team Support SAP S4/HANA Finance implementation (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.) The right candidate for this Director of Corporate Accounting & Transformation will have: CPA designation 9-11+ years of accounting experience - including both corporate accounting and public accounting (Big 4 / global firm audit) Experience in multi-ERP environments and corporate accounting Expertise using SAP or S4/Hana, as well as experience leading finance transformation initiatives Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX Strong leadership experience Preference given to those with IPO readiness or public company experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
