The business is reimagining how financial advice is delivered by combining experienced advisors with AI driven infrastructure that enables a more personalised and scalable client experience. Having already acquired and integrated firms managing billions in client assets, the company has proven product market fit and is now focused on scaling operations, launching new growth initiatives, and building the systems needed for its next stage of growth. About the Role Seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the CEO and leadership team, helping drive the company's highest priority initiatives. This is a highly strategic and operational role designed for someone who thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys solving problems that do not yet have an owner. You will sit at the centre of the organisation, helping translate ideas into execution, building systems that scale, and ensuring the business is operating at maximum effectiveness. The right person will combine strong commercial judgement, operational excellence, and a deep curiosity around how AI can create leverage across a high growth company. Role Overview As Chief of Staff, you will act as a force multiplier for the leadership team. You will lead cross functional initiatives, improve how the company operates, identify opportunities to increase efficiency, and take ownership of projects that are critical to the business's growth. What You'll Do Executive & Strategic Initiatives Partner directly with the CEO on the company's most important priorities. Lead high impact projects across operations, growth, partnerships, fundraising, and corporate strategy. Conduct research, analysis, and business evaluations to support leadership decision making. Drive initiatives from concept through execution. Cross Functional Execution Coordinate initiatives across product, engineering, operations, client services, and business teams. Ensure key projects maintain momentum and are delivered successfully. Remove bottlenecks and improve organisational effectiveness. Establish clear accountability and execution frameworks. Build Systems & Scale Operations Design scalable processes that enable the company to grow efficiently. Identify manual workflows and implement automation opportunities. Improve operating rhythms, reporting structures, and business visibility. Create systems that allow a lean team to achieve outsized results. AI & Operational Leverage Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Explore new ways technology can streamline workflows across the business. Build processes that reduce complexity while improving execution quality. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. New Initiatives & Special Projects Evaluate emerging opportunities, products, partnerships, and growth channels. Launch and operationalise new business initiatives. Take ownership of projects that do not yet fit within an existing function. Turn ambiguity into clear action plans and measurable outcomes.
