Assignment Details: Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off once per two-week pay period

Requirements:

- 2 years RN experience

- Travel experience required

- References: 2 references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years

- Certifications: BLS, NRP

- Must hold a compact license at the time of submission

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care for postpartum and couplet care patients, including assessment and management of both neonates and mothers.

- Support breastfeeding education and assist with parent discharge teaching.

- Administer medications and blood products as needed.

- Perform newborn assessments and manage thermoregulation.

- Assist with special procedures such as newborn circumcision and phototherapy.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

Compliance / Notes:

- Must be willing to work 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.

- Background policy: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits.

- Must commit to working required holidays.

- RTO requests must be included at the time of submission; limit total RTO requests.

- Orientation modules are required prior to start.
