What You’ll Do as a Delivery Driver Partner Drive from the comfort of your own vehicle Deliver and pick up packages within a local area Start in the morning, be home before dinner All routes start and end at the warehouse facility Operate a mobile app that routes you to each pickup and delivery location Pay Rate: $100 – $170 per day; final payment is determined by route completion. Driver Partner Requirements Currently authorized to work in the United States Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a valid driver's license Have a personal vehicle (Sway does not provide vehicles) Own a smartphone (iPhone or Android) Ability to communicate effectively in English Driver Partner Experience Level All levels welcome Prior delivery experience is a plus Driver Partner Schedule 6-8 hour blocks Most blocks start in the morning Drive in local areas you get to choose Local routes mean less mileage and wear on your vehicle Get onsite learnings directly from our experts Dedicated on the road support About Sway We are a last‑mile delivery logistics company.
