Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established commercial construction company seeking a Construction Project Administrator to join its team in Round Rock.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting multiple construction projects behind the scenes, and providing administrative support to Project Managers.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

 

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Management team.
• Organize and maintain accurate electronic and hard copy project files, contracts, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate project documentation and communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Assist with purchase orders, project paperwork, procurement activities, and other administrative tasks.
• Track project deadlines and help ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Support billing, invoicing, and other project-related administrative functions.
• Attend occasional project meetings or local site visits as needed.
• Perform additional administrative duties to help keep projects organized and running smoothly.

 

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an administrative, office support, construction office, project support, or document control role.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with construction software such as Bluebeam, Sage, PlanGrid, Procore, or similar programs is a plus, but not required.

 

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys providing administrative support and keeping projects organized rather than managing construction projects directly.
