Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will play a vital role in assessing and addressing the mental health needs of your clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations for couples and individual family members to identify emotional and psychological challenges.

• Developing tailored treatment plans focusing on each client's unique circumstances.
\n
• Providing therapeutic interventions for a range of issues, including but not limited to:

• Substance abuse and addiction.
\n
• Recovery from physical and psychological trauma.
\n
• Grief and loss therapy.
\n
• Resolution of conflicts within families or between siblings.
\n
• Addressing challenges faced by blended families and coping strategies for separation and divorce.

• Facilitating better communication among family members, especially in complex situations.
\n

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve effective outcomes.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care that considers all aspects of a client's well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with adults and children/adolescents to deliver compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy. You will be responsible for fostering a safe and supportive environment that encourages clients to express themselves freely and work towards healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n
