Job Opportunity: BCBA Clinical Supervisor
Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee exceptional ABA programs tailored for children and young adults diagnosed with autism. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate individual needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavior technicians.
- Ensure the delivery of data-driven and evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with families, educational institutions, and healthcare professionals.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience in working with children and young adults with autism.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to implement and monitor treatment plans effectively.
