Job Opportunity: BCBA Clinical Supervisor
Our organization is on the lookout for a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee exceptional ABA programs tailored for children and young adults with autism. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate individual needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavior technicians.
- Ensure that care is data-driven and grounded in evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate effectively with families, educational institutions, and healthcare professionals.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is essential.
- Experience in working with children and young adults with autism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
