Sales savvy and strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales. Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented, comfortable using technology to enhance the customer experience. Fashion forward with a keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends. Self‑motivated, adaptable, and resilient, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products. Pay Range: $18.36 – $25.69 per hour. Compensation may include a bonus and/or commission plan, complemented by a comprehensive total rewards package that includes health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
