Responsibilities and Duties: Assist the Senior Account Executive for e-commerce wholesale businesses in day-to-day administrative sales functions Knowledge and understanding of basic eCommerce functions Maintain and create product listing for US and International channels Manage large database of product SKUs and can manipulate data as needed Improve item data quality with regular audits Maintain current online product listings and ensure accuracy Maintain inventory software and database Conduct order proofing and operational maintenance Provide customer service support Develop marketing strategies and promotional plans Run sales and inventory reports for management and supply chain Multi-task multiple projects and clients’ needs simultaneously, while keeping track of all deliverables and deadlines Must be able to meet expectations in a fast-paced professional office environment while staying organized and maintaining a high level of attention to detail Daily order processing.
