Los Milics Vineyards is opening a new tasting room and mozzarella bar in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, and we're building the team to bring it to life.
I founded Los Milics in 2018 with my partner Mo Garfinkle on 20 acres of high desert near Elgin. Today we farm more than 70 acres at 5,000 feet, growing 17 varietals suited to Arizona terroir. Our estate tasting room — a steel-clad landmark set in the vines — was named the #2 tasting room in the country by USA Today. In 2024, our rosé, Sandra's, won the Governor's Cup for Best Wine in Arizona, the first rosé ever to earn that honor, alongside Grower's Cup wins for Best Rosé and Best White. In 2025, Food & Wine named Los Milics the featured vineyard of its Harvest Issue.
I come to wine from a life in hospitality. I co-own FnB here in Old Town with Chef Charleen Badman, and that world taught me what a great room feels like — generous, exacting, and built on real ingredients. Our new Los Milics home brings that sensibility to estate Arizona wine, poured beside fresh-pulled mozzarella and simple, ingredient-driven food.
