Arnold Grounds Apartment Management in Cleveland is seeking an Affordable Community Manager with deep knowledge of affordable projects and tenant-based Section 8 or LIHTC properties. The role focuses on One Site leasing, rent administration, and achieving financial goals for the community. You will supervise leasing and maintenance staff, manage waitlists, collections, resident retention, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and HUD requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
