Partner Success Manager, Core

VaxCare

You have the opportunity to represent VaxCare to its partner (customer) base with the goal of helping them fully leverage VaxCare’s technology platform to administer patient care and deliver the triple aim of healthcare (lower cost, better outcomes, better experience). The Partner Success Manager (PSM) is dedicated to establishing themselves as a dependable and trusted advisor who understands their partners’ business and immunization program goals and can accelerate time to value from VaxCare’s technology platform. This includes managing the partner relationship, driving product adoption, acting as the Voice of the Partner (VOP), and meeting performance metrics across a defined portfolio of accounts. This role supports a regionally focused territory anchored in Ohio , with the highest partner concentration across Columbus, Cincinnati, and Akron , and additional coverage extending into western New York (Buffalo) . While the territory includes broader regional coverage, the majority of partner engagement is concentrated within Ohio markets. The current portfolio includes fewer than 80 partners , providing the opportunity to build meaningful, high-impact relationships while maintaining a manageable book of business. Responsibilities Execute partner engagement strategies that develop strong, trust-based relationships across a defined portfolio of partners, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor Meet and exceed key performance metrics aligned to both partner and VaxCare success, including volume growth, adherence, expansion into new programs, partner satisfaction, and retention Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and deliver ongoing training, ensuring partners achieve maximum value from the VaxCare technology platform Develop, execute, and proactively manage Partner Success Plans (PSPs) aligned to each partner’s program goals and business objectives Act as the Voice of the Partner (VOP), capturing feedback and ensuring it is effectively communicated and actioned internally Use data, tools, and insights to drive stronger product adoption and partner outcomes Recommend and align with partners on actions to optimize program performance and patient care delivery Lead and manage key initiatives that support both partner success and broader organizational goals Territory & Travel Territory anchored in Columbus, Ohio , with strong partner density across Columbus, Cincinnati, and Akron Additional coverage includes Buffalo / western New York , with no current partner presence in West Virginia but potential for future growth Majority of time spent engaging partners within Ohio markets Approximately 50% travel , including day travel and periodic overnight trips Flexibility and autonomy to plan and prioritize travel based on partner needs and business objectives Experience and Qualities Desired Experience in direct partner (customer) engagement (sales, account management, or success), with a proven track record of building strong, trust-based relationships Ability to deliver client-focused solutions aligned to both partner needs and business outcomes Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and translate partner feedback into action History of using data to drive and demonstrate results Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Healthcare industry experience (with emphasis on vaccinations) is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Scrappiness, grit, and ownership mindset to drive outcomes for partners, patients, and the business Natural curiosity to understand systems, workflows, and opportunities for improvement Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and set up equipment up to 25 pounds Comfortable working in both office and field environments Proficient with computers, web-based platforms, and partner management tools Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing Capable of basic hardware setup and troubleshooting at partner sites Must live in the Columbus, OH area We live and work by our values: VaxCare-ness (Art of Care) – Nurturing and supporting each team member Belief in Something Bigger – Driving impact through purpose Humility as a Posture of Learning – Growth through curiosity Adaptability – Embracing change and opportunity Additional must-haves: Dependability – Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through Interpersonal skills – Builds relationships and contributes to a positive environment Computer skills – Learns tools quickly and adapts to new systems Ethics – Maintains integrity, confidentiality, and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr VaxCare
