Civil Litigation Associate

Description Our client, a boutique law firm, is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate to join its team. They are looking for an associate with 2–6 years of post-JD experience in civil litigation who is comfortable in a fast-paced, trial-oriented environment and eager to take ownership of complex matters. What you'll do: Manage a diverse caseload, including commercial litigation, white-collar matters, and bankruptcy disputes Own cases from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation Collaborate closely with partners and clients on litigation strategy Draft motions, briefs, and key legal documents Lead discovery efforts, including taking and defending depositions Participate in court proceedings, with opportunities to argue motions and examine witnesses This is a great opportunity for a litigation associate seeking meaningful responsibility, courtroom exposure, and a supportive firm culture.
