Our front office is the heart of the patient experience, and were looking for an experienced, reliable, and friendly Front Office Coordinator to join our crew. Our ideal teammate is someone who: Has strong experience in dental front office duties Understands dental insurance inside and out Is comfortable using dental practice management software Loves making patients feel welcomed and cared for Is a confident communicator and problem solver Can stay organized and composed when things get busy Works well with a collaborative, hands-on team Key Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Verify and submit insurance claims and pre-authorizations Review EOBs and follow up on outstanding claims Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Manage provider schedules and optimize daily flow Collect co-pays and balances at time of service Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid balances Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records Maintain a clean, organized front office space Were a roll up your sleeves kind of team we support each other, jump in where needed, and keep the mood light while getting the job done right.
