It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient workflow for Georgica Auto Holdings.Job Responsibilities:*** Manage and supervise service technicians, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training.* Develop and implement service department policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and profitability.* Monitor service department performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, repair times, and revenue, and implement improvements as needed.* Address customer concerns and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.* Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies for the service department.* Prepare and manage the service department budget.* Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and parts, to ensure seamless operations.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and recall information.* Conduct quality control checks on repairs and maintenance services.Job Qualifications:*** Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management.* Strong leadership and team management skills.* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.* Proficiency in automotive diagnostic tools and repair procedures.* Solid understanding of automotive parts and inventory management.* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service operations.* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.* ASE certifications preferred.* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in automotive technology or business administration is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
