- Assisting with theEscrow Closing team to ensure successfultransactions.
- Somecollaboration with the title department to resolve titleissues.
- Coordinate withbuyer, lender, seller and/or broker to timely collect itemsand/or information needed to process files and/or cure titleissues for a successful closing.
- Ensure all payoffs,taxes, and HOA are ordered, updated and collected
- Address inquiriesfrom clients, sellers, buyers, agents, and Asset ManagementCompanies professionally and promptly.
- Confirm closingdates, location, and documentation needed for closing withborrowers.
- Attend andparticipate in weekly team meetings.
- Perform all otherduties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of titlecompanyexperience
- Great knowledge baseregardingresale, refinance and investor business
- Full time physicalattendance isan essential function in the job• Strong customerserviceorientation
- Detail oriented
