Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Day Shift with possible flexibility needed for weekends. Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Position Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing essential information and managing clerical and administrative tasks for daily business functions while supporting various departments
• Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs and concerns
• Provide assistance with special requests, utilizing specialized software to validate store orders, process orders, and take inbound calls
• Deliver consistent service to restaurants through ongoing training initiatives, ensuring they receive the support necessary for success
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 2 to 4 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree
