With 30 years of experience as a State Farm agent, I’ve built a well-established and respected agency just outside the Pennsylvania metro area, serving customers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Over the years, I’ve prioritized stability, loyalty, and genuine relationships, resulting in exceptionally low turnover—just 12 hires in 29 years, with several team members staying until retirement.

Today, our close-knit team consists of two dedicated team members who embody the same family-focused values that guide my leadership style. I’m married with three kids, and I lead with kindness, integrity, and respect, fostering a supportive and people-oriented environment.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ed Quintus - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
