The Practice Coordinator provides support to LUK’s clinic and home-based behavioral health services to ensure high quality service for our clients. This position is critical to ensuring timely and accurate information is shared between divisions and with consumers. The ability to support consumers in a professional customer service manner is a must. The successful candidate must have strong communication and organization skills to ensure streamlined workflows. The Practice Coordinator must ensure accuracy of information collected and shared. The Practice Coordinator also works with internal and external systems of information to ensure the Practice Manager is up to date regarding all aspects of the practice. This full-time position reports to the Practice Manager and sits within Operations at LUK.

Qualifications include 2-4 years working in a behavioral health clinic or medical office setting, proficient/advanced tech skills, strong organizational skills, and a passion for working in the human services field! Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality policies are a must.
