At Triangle Compounding Pharmacy, we don't fill prescriptions off a shelf. We make them — custom, from scratch, for real patients who depend on us when standard medications just don't work. Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a warm, reliable, detail-oriented Pharmacy Clerk to be the first face our patients see and the friendly voice they hear on the phone. You don't need a pharmacy background — you need great people skills, a genuine desire to help, and the kind of steady, attentive nature that makes patients feel taken care of.

What Your Day Looks Like

● Welcome patients and assist them with prescription pickups and medication questions

● Provide warm, responsive customer support by phone, text, and in person

● Prepare and organize medications for pickup and shipment

● Support the pharmacy team with day-to-day front-of-house operations

● Handle shipping and receiving as needed

What We Offer

● $16–$18/hr based on experience

● Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance (one medical plan fully covered by employer), and 401(k) with match

● Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm — no nights, 1 Saturday/month

What You Bring

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, patient-facing personality

● Sharp attention to detail and solid follow-through

● Typing speed of 40+ WPM

● Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

● Experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service setting is a plus

● Valid driver's license

● Must pass a background check and drug screening

Triangle Compounding Pharmacy (TCP) is an independently owned, 503A-licensed compounding pharmacy serving patients and prescribers across North Carolina and beyond. Triangle Compounding Pharmacy was the first PCAB-accredited pharmacy in North Carolina and the first 503B FDA-registered outsourcing facility. We specialize in personalized, non-sterile compounded medications — including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, pain management, dermatology, men's health, pediatric formulations, and an expanding longevity product portfolio that includes NAD+ therapy, oral peptide protocols, and custom ED formulations.
We are in an exciting period of strategic growth. The board has approved an ambitious expansion into the longevity pharmacy space, including new product categories, a new BD function, a clinic partnership program, and new oral solid dosage capabilities. As we scale, we need an experienced operational leader who can build the infrastructure, systems, and culture to support that growth — while solving the real operational challenges we face today.

We specialize in custom sterile and non-sterile compounding for patients whose needs simply aren't met by commercially available medications. Our work spans hormone therapy, pain management, weight loss, veterinary care, pediatric formulations, and more — each prescription made specifically for the individual patient, not the average.
