We invite you to apply today.Summary Of JobThis position assumes responsibility for answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients upon arrival and gathering all personal data and insurance information and entering patient appointments, demographic information and visit/charge data into the office scheduling and billing system. Performs check in and check out office functions. Assists with other office duties as requested. Position also prepares referrals for HMO patients, collects fees for services rendered and completes the end of the day deposit records.
