Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading mailing and printing services company in Saint Cloud, MN. Assist experienced press operators with setting up commercial web printing presses and loading large paper rolls

Monitor print production by checking ink, water, and paper levels while making basic machine adjustments as directed

Inspect printed materials for color consistency and print quality, pulling samples at scheduled intervals

Support machine changeovers, clean printing equipment, and maintain an organized work area

Follow all safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment, and report any hazards or equipment concerns

Participate in hands-on training to develop the skills needed to independently operate commercial web printing presses

No previous printing experience required; mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essential

Ability to understand simple written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with team members

Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift while frequently bending, reaching, and crawling

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and safely perform physical tasks in a production environment

Good close, distance, and peripheral vision to monitor fast-moving printing equipment

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to producing high-quality work while following safety standards
